Thank you for your interest in the Platinum Series Flash Guide. Before installing the software, make sure the PC running the software meets the following requirements:

1.) Intel Pentium II or 450Hz or faster with 128 MB of RAM and 14MB of free disk space.
2.) Microsoft Windows 2000 or XP operating system.
3.) Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 must be properly installed.
4.) Adobe Flash Player 9 must be properly installed.

Once the above requirements are met, you can install the Platinum Series Flash Guide. The Platinum Series Flash Guide uses active content to display the animation. This is a completely safe application that does NOT communicate with an external server. However because the Platinum Series Flash Guide uses web based technology, some browsers are overly cautious.

When running the application for the first time, some Internet browser may require security permission to run the content. The following is an example. In this case, select 'Yes', then restart the Platinum Series Flash Guide.

Some versions of Internet Explorer are even more cautious and may require may require additional permissions to run properly. In this case, the following dialog will display. Select the 'Settings...' button.

If connected to the Internet, a new browser window opens and loads.

Select the 'Always allow' option, and close the browser window. Note that by selecting this option, the web browser only allows the Platinum Series Flash Guide to run. All other applications that use active content will require additional permission. The Platinum Series Flash Guide must then be restarted.
